Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mood Mellow, we want you to love the products you choose for your everyday adventures. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we’ve kept our returns process simple.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging and accessories are included.
The item shows no signs of use, wear, washing, damage or alteration.
Proof of purchase is provided.

To request a return, please get in touch with us through the Contact Us section of our website within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return so we can assist you.

Please do not send items back before your return request has been approved. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Mood Mellow cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the purchase price of the returned item. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Mood Mellow reserves the right to decline a change of mind return if the item does not meet the return conditions outlined above.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different colour or product, you can return your eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

Sale & Promotional Items

Unless faulty or otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law, sale items, clearance items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for change of mind returns or refunds.

Items purchased using a promotional or discount code may be returned if they otherwise meet our change of mind return conditions. Any refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the item.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully check our products before they make their way to you, but if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us through the Contact Us section of our website as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, clear photos showing the problemso we can assess it.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Natural Variations & General Wear

Minor variations in colour, texture, finish or appearance may occur between products or between a product and how it appears on different screens. These variations are not considered faults where they are consistent with the nature of the product.

Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear or use contrary to any care or safety instructions is not considered a product fault.

Return Shipping

For approved change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, Mood Mellow will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required under Australian Consumer Law.
